COVID UPDATE | May 17, 2022

We have one new staff member at Sayre Healthcare Center that has tested positive for COVID. We have identified that the staff member was in close contact with two residents. In accordance with guidance, we will test staff and the two resident close contacts and monitor all for signs and symptoms.
