Baunta Renovation Project
A Vision for the Future of Sayre Christian Village
The Need
The Baunta Apartments, our original building, has been a cornerstone of our mission, offering a place of care, fellowship, and faith. However, to meet the evolving needs of our residents we must revitalize this historic space. Through the Baunta Refresh Project, we’re updating the entire building to ensure our Villagers have the comfortable, beautiful environment they deserve. This is more than a renovation—it’s a renewal of hope, a tribute to the legacies of those who shaped our community, and a commitment to serving those who call it home.
The Goal
We are thrilled to announce that we have secured an $8.5 million grant for the Baunta Renovation Project! While significant funding has been secured through tax grants, we must raise $1.5 million to fund the gap. Your support will directly impact the lives of our residents, ensuring the comfort and care they deserve!
