Helping People with Parkinson’s Regain and Retain Their Voice
The SPEAK OUT!® Therapy Program, developed by the nonprofit organization Parkinson Voice Project®, helps individuals with Parkinson’s disease and related neurological disorders regain and retain their speech and swallowing abilities.
This highly effective, research-based program combines:
- Education and awareness
- Individual SPEAK OUT!® Therapy sessions
- Weekly SPEAK OUT!® Classes
- Daily home practice
- Ongoing follow-up and support
When followed consistently, the SPEAK OUT!® Therapy Program can improve:

Weekly SPEAK OUT!® Classes
Beginning Tuesday, June 16, Sayre Christian Village will offer SPEAK OUT!® Classes every Tuesday at 1:00 PM in the Friendship Towers Event Center.
These weekly group sessions serve as the maintenance component of the SPEAK OUT!® Therapy Program, helping participants strengthen the skills developed during individual therapy while fostering encouragement, accountability, and meaningful social connections.
