As we see an uptick in COVID cases across the local community and region, we can also expect to see an uptick here on campus. We are cautioning everyone to stay vigilant and for visitors to keep masks on while with loved ones.
Healthcare Center
We have two new residents on Unit 200 that tested positive for COVID. these residents have been to the dining room and group activities, so out of an abundance of caution, we will test both Units 100 and 200 today. Staff will go back to N95 masks today.
Unit 200 residents will dine on their unit.
Unit 100 residents may still go to the dining room (socially distanced), two per table. Activities can continue communally however for Unit 100, but there will be social distancing.
Friendship Towers
Two residents tested positive yesterday in our Assisted Living Memory Care Community. All currently negative residents will be tested today, day 3, day, 5, and day 7. The Memory Care Community will go back to wearing N95s.
Labtox will be onsite to assist with testing Sunday, Monday, and Thursdays going forward until no longer needed.
