Friendship Towers
Out of an abundance of caution, we will PCR test residents and staff once again on Thursday, 1/20 due to a newly positive staff member before we open back up to communal activities and events. Testing will begin at 9:30 A.M.
Sayre Healthcare Center
Residents and staff tested yesterday at the Healthcare Center and most of the results are returned. We have one newly positive resident on Unit 100. Resident was already in a private room and will be in isolation until the Health Department gives a release.
We will test all residents and staff on all units on Thursday due to the newly positive staff members and resident. We continue to have a pause in communal activities, spiritual services, and dining. All of these are taking place at a 1:1 level at this time.
We believe the National Guard will be arriving on site tomorrow. Their team of 5 will be assisting across campus at both Friendship Towers and Sayre Healthcare Center.
