Culinary Theme Dinner
July 22 @ 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm

As part of Lexington’s 250th anniversary celebration, July has been named Culinary Month—a time to honor the city’s rich agricultural roots and evolving food scene. This special four-course menu was created in the spirit of that celebration, blending classic ingredients from Kentucky’s farms and gardens with bold, modern flavors now found in our local markets.
Chef Jennifer of Friendship Towers at Sayre Christian Village crafted the menu by using all 7 of the 7 secret ingredients—lentils, condensed milk, peaches, pickles, Brussels sprouts, soy sauce, and cauliflower—this menu is a tribute to the past, present, and future of Lexington’s culinary heritage.
