We have 5 residents from Unit 100 that have tested positive for Covid and a staff member from our therapy team test positive for Covid. We are testing all of Unit 100 and will test again on day 3 (Friday) and 5. We will be following updated guidance from the CDC for Covid mitigation.
1 of the residents has been sent out to the hospital because she is symptomatic. All others are isolating in their room. All staff are in N95. Testing again on Friday. Families of positive residents and their roommates, if applicable, have all been notified. Residents on Unit 100 will not eat in the LEC, but will eat in their rooms.
