A resident on Unit 200 has tested positive. All staff will go into N95 masks, communal dining and communal activities will pause as well. All visitors to Unit 200 will be required to wear N95 masks as well.

An Assisted Living resident has tested positive from an outside exposure source. The resident has been in isolation since the exposure with no new resident contact.
