We have 5 residents and 2 staff members on our Reflection of Life Memory Care Unit 400 that have tested positive for COVID within the last 24 hours. All negative residents and staff on Unit 400 were tested today and will test again Monday and Friday, or before if showing any signs or symptoms.
Staff will be encouraging residents of the skilled memory care unit to social distance and stay in their rooms as much as possible. Staff will continue with N95 masks, stepped up sanitization and hand hygiene practices. The Unit 400 staff will not be pulled to other units and will limit movement throughout the building.
We are asking family and visitors to wear an N95 (obtained at the reception desk if you do not have one) and to limit movement about the Unit when visiting.
