We have three residents on the Short-Term Rehab Unit that have tested positive. Residents were showing signs and symptoms and were tested.
To mitigate the spread, we are working to maintain the staff on each unit, both 200 and 300. Admissions will be paused as well.
Staff will be re-educated on how to don and doff PPE, to dispose of masks properly upon exiting the room, as well as wearing eye masks in addition to N95 masks when in a Covid positive room.
Residents on 300 will also go to paper goods for meals as well during this time.
