A resident on Unit 200 tested positive for COVID. The resident and the residents’ roommate will isolate. All residents on Unit 100 and 200 have been tested and there are no new positives. Staff will be tested as well and both units will test again in 5 days.
Residents and staff of Unit 400 will test again on Friday.
We did have an additional Healthcare Center staff member to report as positive today. The staff member has been sent home to isolate and all staff will return to N95 masks, with stepped up sanitation, and encouragement of good hand hygiene.
We ask that families and visitors please do not visit if they have signs or symptoms or if they have been exposed to COVID as cases are ticking up in the county.
