UPDATED: We have had three additional residents and a staff member test positive on Unit 400 today. Residents that have had close contact and all staff on Unit 400 will be tested again on Monday. Residents will also be tested if they show any signs and symptoms. Residents of the skilled memory care unit are being encouraged to stay in their rooms to mitigate spread. All staff on Unit 400 will remain in N95s and will not work on other units.
Visitors are encouraged to stay home if they are showing any signs or symptoms of COVID and if they do plan to visit Unit 400, visitors must wear an N95 (available at the front desk).
