Family & Friends Visits & COVID Policy
We highly encourage visitations from loved ones and they will always be welcome. However, we ask that you follow our community guidelines to ensure the safety of all our residents and staff.
Please read the Visitor Screening and Attestation Form carefully prior to your visit. Each time you come you will need to sign this form. For the safety of our residents, it is imperative that you adhere to these guidelines.

Forest View & Baunta Independent Living Apartments
There is no requirement for the residents to report to us if they have been exposed or tested positive for COVID-19. The cases that we report in the updates below for residents will be cases that the residents voluntarily report to us. We will always notify in the blog below if we have independent living employees who test positive.
